Dear neighbors in Aphrodite Hills.
We have created an initiative group to resolve issues on the common area in AH.
We found out that the Administration of Kouklia and a small part with AH Management (the area from the circle to the tennis court) are responsible. Kouklia receives the big part of budget from our payments, which settles in the village but is not spent on maintenance and improving our village.
We would like our village to be attractive: for investment and for us. Please read the points below that we would like to change.
1. Create a Gardening Team for daily work in Aphrodite Hills. This team must also clean the footpaths.
2. Allocate money for planting along the roads, instead of dead ones.
3. Control over lighting and timely replacement of broken lamps.
4. Allocate money to replace old rubbish bins and dog waste along the central road. Add new ones to the very top of the main road and on the western plateau as well.
5. Allocate money for the installation of benches in the walking area AH throughout the territory.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and order near the waste bins for separate waste collection.
7. Application of road markings and installation of signs.
8. To represent interests of Aphrodite Hills Management on the following issues:
- maintenance of the playground
- access to the football field
- the opportunity to visit the hotel's water park for residents
- quality of services in the SPA
- quality of food in restaurants
- improvement of the beach
