SUBBOTNIK  – A JOINT EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE PLACE WE LIVE IN

Saturday, December 18th

  • Starting at 10:00 am at designated areas
  • Brooms, bags, and other equipment

         is provided by AH Management

  • Planned finish at 11:50 am
  • Get together for beer, hot dogs,

         live music to celebrate the joint effort
         at the Beer Garden

*    Complimentary to all those who participated

Four designated clen-up areas:

Area 1 – meeting point at the end of the ravine going up to the Eastern Plateau.
Coordinator Mr. Tony Yerolemou.

Area 2 – meeting point (a) on Agapinoros Ave. by the Orpheus village, Coordinator Mr. Ray
Smith; (b) on Agapinoros Ave. by the Zephyros village, coordinator Mr. Mark Petts.

Area 3 - meeting point at Apollon Avenue Eastern Plateau where it splits in two, near the
concrete unfinished for many years villa. Coordinator Mr. Bill McPherson.

Area 4 (added) – from the main roundabout to the start of the ravine along Evagora Laniti
Avenue. Meeting point at the parking lot next to the entrance to the Adonis village.
Coordinator Ms. Alexandra Gorbacheva.

Each area team consists of AHRA members and residents who choose the area
that is nearest and/or dearest to them, five volunteers from AH Management and
two volunteers from Green Forest.

Equipment (brooms, shovels, bags) will be available at each meeting point, but
feel free to bring your own

Food & drinks coupons will be distributed by the coordinators among those
who participated. Social gathering will start at noon at the Beer Garden area.

The event will be rescheduled in case of a bad weather. Please check AHRA
website, email and social networks. The final decision will be made at 08:30 am
