AHRA has only been created at the beginning of this year but through hard work and persistence we have managed to achieve significant results.

AHRA has established good working relationships with all stakeholders i.e. Aphrodite Hills Management, Kouklia Community Council, Paphos District Office.

The 2020 budget for Aphrodite Hills was approved and the works such as pavement of the Apollon Avenue road at the Eastern Plateau, installation of benches, garbage and dog poo bins throughout the resort (see the pictures), have been carried out. This brings a great improvement to our community and there are many more improvements that we are planning to do in the future.

AHRA has become a legal entity of the Republic of Cyprus in July of this year and our bank account has been opened with the Bank of Cyprus (see the pictures).

The 2022 budget preparation process has just started in Kouklia and AHRA jointly with AH Management are preparing proposals for further improvements at the resort to be done next year. We would very much encourage all residents to send their proposals/ideas to the website so we could aggregate information coming directly from each and every one of you with the objective of including the most important items into the budget.

At its meeting AHRA's Council set 2021 membership fees at Euro 100 per property and we would very much appreciate if everyone could promptly make a transfer to AHRA's account. At 27 cents/day we believe this is the best value for money. Moreover, by achieving this year a 6% reduction in the sewage charges and a 7% reduction in the Kouklia's service taxes that you have probably seen in your bills, AHRA has saved you more and we continue to seek improvements and to increase efficiency.

I would like to thank all AHRA Council members and residents for their invaluable contribution this year. Only by working actively together we can make our community better, safer, and even more beautiful.

With best wishes,

Boris Zilbermints (AHRA Chairman)
